Had a birthday party here today, very positive experience. Party host was around before and during the ice-skating session, very helpful. Party room was decorated with balloons, squash and water was provided along with party food ( which I thought drink was not included as the website said cold/hot drink could be purchased at the cafe with additional costs), hope they update the website about the party drink as I brought additional drinks which is not necessary. Kids had a great time friends, I had a most hassle free stress free hosting experience. Highly recommend! Thank you

I had a positive experience during my visit. The staff were courteous and exceptionally helpful, especially when I experienced a minor fall and required assistance—they responded with genuine care and professionalism. The location within a park and ride facility makes parking effortless and convenient. Additionally, the atmosphere is welcoming, with visitors often engaging and supporting one another, making it a pleasant place to socialize. Highly appreciated

A well maintained rink with friendly staff. After five months of doing LTS I can confidentially say the level of teaching capability is not consistent nor is the level at which learners are progressed through the levels. There are only two ‘members only’ skate sessions per week; the one time you should be confident knowing everyone on the ice understands the etiquette. Yet for the past month these sessions have been plagued with unskilled and unchaperoned children (unchaperoned because the adults a) cannot skate themselves b) do not enforce skating etiquette). Extremely unfair on those of us paying for these memberships - a waste of our time and our money. Allocate space in the timetable for parties - not at the cost of paying members. I have my own skates but on two occasions when using the rental skates, the blades were blunt and I fell.

Was hoping someone could explain the entry price going up from £10 to 13.50 over night, a price increase of 35% seems very excessive and greedy? Not everyone needs to hire skates and alot of people have there own. So why should they be charged the same as someone who does? If it was a profit margin issue this would reflect a steady price increase not a jump of 35% clearly an attempt to charge people as much as possible. Which is disappointing from a company which claims to be a charity. There is a option for a membership but still does not explain the sudden and excessive price increase?
