About White Cottage Holiday Park
Tucked into peaceful countryside just a mile from the East Yorkshire coast, this family-run site has been thoughtfully updated in recent years with a modern amenities block featuring eco-friendly touches like lambswool insulation and ground-source heating. Campers praise the spotless facilities and spacious, level pitches – choose from grass or hardstanding – while luxury pods offer a step up with their own kitchens. The atmosphere is genuinely tranquil, with public footpaths threading through the surrounding farmland ideal for walks or cycles.
White Cottage sits conveniently on the Trans Pennine Trail, the 215-mile coast-to-coast route that ends in nearby Hornsea, and countless other countryside rambles start from the doorstep. The seaside town itself, with its supermarket, shops and cafes, is an easy stroll away. A weekend cafe on site and friendly, accommodating owners add to the appeal, though some might find the setting a touch remote if you're after more immediate bustle.

What visitors say
Lovely site with level pitches, electric hook ups and modern amenities. Plenty of room and space between pitches, has a pond area with bug hotel and theres a public path at the back of the site for a pleasant stroll or cycle into Hornsea. Some improvement works were going on at the start of our stay but caused very little disturbance to us, if at all. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a very peaceful site away from the hustle and bustle where you can relax and unwind and it certainly doesn't need a children's play area as some have suggested.

Fabulous site, just on the outskirts of hornsea, lovely green site plenty of room to roam. Site facilities top note, superbly immaculate. Coffee and cake trailer onsite, every now and again they put a bbq on.....just Fabulous. At the back of the site you can pick the hull to hornsea track up, around 20 mins to hornsea centre. Definitely be back soon I hope!!

We had a clamping pod for a week with our granddaughter, absolutely amazing , lovely wetroom , comfy beds , great kitchen with toaster, microwave, 2 ring electric hob & a small fridge with freezer. Outside area had decking & 2 wooden sun chairs. Would highly recommend staying at this holiday park, either in the pods or bring your tents . Katie , who owns the park is very friendly & helpful
