Two hot tubs are the headline at The Stables, a ground-floor holiday home in the East Riding of Yorkshire near Hornsea. This works well for groups—the property sleeps 12 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and there's a dedicated games room with pool table and dartboard. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; the kitchen is fully equipped for catering to a crowd, with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and wine cooler.

The open-plan living space opens onto an enclosed patio where the two hot tubs sit, each holding five people. Three sets of patio doors mean plenty of light and direct access to the garden. Bedrooms break down as two doubles (one with an ensuite), a triple with three single beds and ensuite, and a fourth double. There's a separate shower room and additional toilet, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking fits five cars. The garden includes a barbecue and sitting-out furniture.

Hornsea and the coast are within easy reach. No smoking, please. One step leads to the entrance; there's also a step in the garden.
