About Park Grand London Heathrow
Park Grand London Heathrow is a substantial four-storey property on the Great West Road in Hounslow, built around 124 guest rooms and geared towards travellers passing through the Heathrow area. Its scale gives it the feel of a proper city hotel rather than an airport stopover, with room to house a restaurant, bar and snack bar alongside the bedrooms.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Guests can expect room service, drinks brought to the room, and daily breakfast, while the wider hotel offers a gym, business services, meeting rooms and a garden for some outdoor space. Laundry, porter and concierge services are all on hand, and chargeable on-site parking, including an electric vehicle charge point, makes arriving by car straightforward.
The location puts Isleworth close by, and Ascot Racecourse is within reach for a day out. Golf courses, pubs, bars and restaurants are all nearby, giving guests options beyond the hotel's own restaurant and bar. It's a practical base for exploring west London or catching a flight, with the facilities to make a longer stay comfortable too.
Guests consistently praise this hotel for its spacious rooms featuring modern amenities, excellent value for money, and a staff described as very friendly, helpful, and professional.
Other reviews mention the service can be inconsistent and the rooms can be poorly maintained.
