What visitors say
we have recently had a stay at Wroxham Barns Camping. we are family of 5 with kids ages being 13, 11 and 9. we have had the most fantastic time staying here, brilliant toilet/shower facilities-lovley and clean. bonus communal fridge, freezer kettle and toaster. an unbelievable amount of staff available at all times and always delighted to help with anything we needed or playing games with the kids. Will, Rosie and Rebecca were in particular outstanding, so friendly and helpful. The form party was a highlight for the kids too, the kids hangout space was excellent and the shop was sto led with everything we could ever think of. finally the farm park was fantastic, kids loved going. thank you

My som and I had a fabulous stay at the campsite. The facilities are excellent. I really appreciated the large kitchen area, and my son loved the games room! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. We felt very looked after. The first night, some unexpected building work took place on site into the night. The staff visited us the next day to explain that it was City Fiber carrying out works they were unaware of. They apologised and sent them packing when they tried to come and do more work the next night. We would definitely stay again!

A lovely campsite, nice large pitches. Great facilities, great idea to have the fridge/freezer area. Will, campsite host was great, checked in with us morning and evening when he was on shift, planned lots of activities for the children which they all really enjoyed..as did the parents! We will definitely visit again 😊

This is a fantastic place for young families like ours (boy and girl of 5 and 8). Obviously it helped with the lovely weather this weekend, but it's hard to find fault here and there's loads for the kids to enjoy. The location is also good for a trip to the beach. They have a strict policy on noise after 10pm which was appreciated. We stayed in one of their Luna tents, which are spacious and have electric sockets and beds. We paid extra for the bedding to be provided and it was plenty warm enough. The mattresses are a bit basic with a low number of springs, probably not a problem for most people but I have a dodgy back so could have done with a little bit more support. The pitches are spacious and they supplied us with a fire pit but you can also rent these along with the wood from the little shop on site. They stock a lot of handy little things like sun cream, toothpaste, shampoo etc., although it's a shame you can't get milk here as they do have a fridge for soft drinks. Next to the shop is the hangout where kids can play a variety of games and read books. There's a TV too but not controller, which is probably a good thing as the kids didn't know how to use it. Some of the toys could do with replacing but I suspect they get quite a beating from kids. You get access to the farm and you can feed the animals which the kids enjoyed. There is an open field where you can play games and also another field with a variety of different games which were great fun, like the duck chase, a small maze, basketball hoops and roller bowler. I liked how the hoop game used willow hoops, nice touch as they could just used plastic. It's a shame you couldn't access this area directly and instead had to walk all the way through the farm. We had a lovely pizza in the evening and the kids were kept entertained by the soft play area. The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff throughout the weekend. There's a handful of artisan shops and they had a nice food market on the Sunday. In the adventure park there's a new play area, crazy golf (our kids enjoyed rescuing the balls from the water), bouncy pillows, a role play pet shop, a little train and some pedal go-karts which my son loved. This was included in our camping but I can imagine some being a bit put off by the price as an adult is the same price as kids (£17 on the day), I think the adults should be a bit cheaper. The music played on the speakers kept us entertained whilst we were watching the kids play, you can't beat a bit of YMCA during a crazy golf session. 😂 The toilet block was clean and only a short walk away, the showers were hot (big plus) and they also had communal fridges which was really handy. The star of the weekend was Will, the host, who entertained the kids with different games each day, including a water fight which was much welcome with the hot weather. There was also some crafting with Abbie which my kids loved and made some lovely pictures using leaves. Will also helped us with queries throughout the weekend and genuinely cares about people enjoying their stay. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back again. It's clear they have put a lot of thought into the whole site.
