We only stayed one night on our trek through the highlands but it was one of the most relaxing on our trip. Our host was extremely kind and communicative. The accommodations were very well stocked with everything we needed, she the space was very clean cozy and comfortable! The breakfast provided was wonderful as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was a perfect stay. The hostess is a lovely lady, she helped us tremendously and was very kind during our whole stay. She's thought of everything. The Arisaig room we stayed at is just great. The bathroom is just outside your bedroom, through the hallway (approx. 1 meter). If there are other guests, you might find this a bit uncomfortable, though we didn't think it would be. During our stay, there weren't other guests in that room, so it was no bother for us either way. The bathroom is spacious and offers a grand shower with proper water pressure. The room had very nice touches, like cold water in the fridge and some sweets on the desk. Somehow my birthday got mixed up, and the host even arranged something special for me for my birthday. The night before you can hand in a paper saying what you'd like for breakfast: this gives you something to look forward to, and saves a tremendous amount of food waste. I find this to be a big win. Overall, I can't recommend Lycia Rooms+ enough. If I'm ever back in Inverness, I would come back here in an instant!

Tremendous! Andy was a friendly and helpful host. Our accommodation was over two floors (living area downstairs and bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Everything was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. We really liked the many pieces of artwork too! The continental breakfast had a good selection and portions to keep us going for our busy day ahead. Thanks again!
