About Camp Corve
Tucked into a wooded hillside on an old farmstead, Camp Corve gives families six acres of sheltered countryside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ancient woodland wraps around the site, while vast skies open overhead – it's peaceful and remote, yet family-friendly beaches like Brighstone Bay are only 15 minutes' drive away, and surf-ready Compton Bay a little further.
The quiet lane leading in becomes a bridleway for extensive island hikes, and there's a barn-based skatepark just two minutes' walk from your pitch. Back at camp, two communal firepits sit in the 'Ash Circle', perfect for evening stories and marshmallows. The 'Squirrels and Hedgehogs' toilet block (fashioned from recycled farm bricks) provides hot showers and power sockets, plus an outdoor washing-up sink.
Cars park in the farmyard – wheelbarrow-trolleys help transport gear to pitches scattered among young and mature trees, wild plants and grass. Birds and small animals share the space, so expect wildlife alongside the skateboards.

Firstly Hamish is amazing and helpful with anything you may need. Our kids did his skateboarding lesson and progressed massively in one short lesson. The campsite itself is clean with hot showers and in such a lovely setting surrounded by trees but with glimpses of views towards the sea. We will be back.

Great time glamping with the kids here. You can hike to the beach if you're feeling adventurous and the skate park on site (which was the clincher for us choosing this site) is top notch. I was amazed how much my 6 year old was able to do after just one lesson with Hamish. Perfect activity for a rainy morning. Definitely coming back next year.

Camped at most Isle of Wight camping spots and Corve is mine and the family’s new favourite. Private pitches surrounded by trees . Excellent shower block facilities, full rain style showers, hot water a plenty. Great sinks for watching up and an excellent toilet block which has another shower ! Camped in our own tent with three other family’s. The bell tents looked great also. And you top all this off with the best indoor skate park on the island. Hamish is a great host. Wood available on site for fire. Wild camping vibes with glamping facilities.

Beautiful, small and quiet campsite, surrounded by countryside and trees. Lovely clean facilities with good showers, flushing toilets, washing-up sinks. There are glamping tents, a cabin, a cottage, a field for tents, and space for a couple of campervans. The site owners are super friendly and welcoming. We saw two red squirrels chasing each other in the trees above the glamping tents! 😍
