2 Steyne Cottages is a mid-terrace property in Seaview village, a short walk from the beach and sailing club. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a super king on the first floor, a double, and two singles. There is one bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living and kitchen area opens onto a raised decked courtyard with garden furniture and an infrared heater, positioned to catch views across the Solent towards the mainland.

The kitchen is set up for self-catering with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a tumble dryer for convenience. The living area has a TV with Sky and DVD player. Wi-Fi is included throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a travel cot and highchair if needed. The property does not permit smoking.

Seaview sits on one of the island's most sought-after stretches of coast, known particularly among the sailing community. The village centre has a handful of shops and pubs within easy reach. Ryde, the largest town on the Isle of Wight, is 3 miles away and offers beaches, restaurants, bars and attractions. Street parking is available outside the cottage.
