Guests also have use of an on-site restaurant and bar, a garden, an indoor swimming pool and a gym, along with practical extras such as luggage storage, porter and concierge services, and meeting rooms for those combining a stay with work. Free on-site parking is provided, useful given the town's popularity with visitors.
Beyond the property, Ryde's seafront, entertainment venues and choice of nearby pubs and eateries are all within walking distance, making Park Lodge B&B a practical option for exploring the town without needing a car once you've arrived.
What guests say
We had a wonderful time on the Isle of Wight and were very well accommodated by Carol and Chris, they were able to store our bikes safely in a shed. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms were warm and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here for a cheap spot to be based out of in Ryde. It is up a big hill which is fine but to be aware of if you are walking from the ferry. Great place!

Very clean rooms. Plenty of free parking on street. Only 5 minutes drive into Ryde. The breakfast was great. 2x bacon, 1 egg, beans, 1/2 tomato, toast and a selection of jams, marmite, cereal and fruit. None of it tasted greasy which was a pleasant surprise. Great start for a days walk! Breakfast is served at 8.30am. Only minor niggle was that the curtains are ultra thin so I was waking up at 5.30am due to it being so bright! Will happily come back but will ask for a room on the other side! Don't expect to be watching TV in your room though... Its ultra small! Great Value.

Lovely proprietor so helpful but bed mattress was really, really firm and the room was overlooking a busy main road and the double glazing did nothing to cut out the noise. Stayed 6 nights and had toilet flushing issues a few times. Property somewhat tired and too far out of Ryde to make it a relaxing enjoyable holiday. Breakfast was OK but not full English, so went for our own cut-back version as usual expected items were not on offer.

Carol and Chris are so welcoming and accomodating. We asked to check in 4 hours early so we could go to a festival and it was no problem. The room was ready and we were invited in straight away. The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy, with an ensuite. Breakfast is freshly cooked, plenty of tea, coffee, juice and toast etc. Nothing is too much trouble at all! On the morning we left we were given a lift to the hovercraft! Wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Thank you so much
