Beech Cottage

The southern Isle of Wight has a microclimate all its own, and Beech Cottage sits within easy reach of both the coastal path and Ventnor's seafront. This semi-detached property sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double, one with bunk beds—and comes with a shower room, living room with woodburner, dining room and kitchen. The essentials are covered: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with initial fuel for the stove. One dog stays free.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Beyond the back door lies an enclosed garden and patio, with further tiered terraces available by arrangement. On-road parking is provided. Ventnor itself—a five-minute drive away—has a shingle and sandy beach, a working marina and a proper food scene. The Needles, Blackgang Chine and other island attractions are within reach. The beach lies 300 yards from the property; shops and a pub are nearby. No smoking indoors.
