The ground floor opens into a living room and dining room, both with television, plus a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens and a dishwasher. A utility room with washing machine sits nearby. Upstairs, two double bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link bed that converts to singles on request—share the landing with a bathroom featuring a freestanding roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle, and heated towel rail. The second-floor bedroom holds two single beds and its own en-suite shower room.

The property sleeps six and welcomes one pet free of charge. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and a separate front lawn; parking for four cars is provided. The cottage sits in Ventnor within walking distance of the esplanade, beach and botanical gardens, with pubs and restaurants nearby. A shop lies half a mile away. No smoking throughout.
