Greenridge is a single-storey bungalow where everything spreads across one level. You walk into a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove, a 55-inch smart TV, and direct access to the kitchen—which has a Range cooker, full-sized appliances, and everything needed to cook properly. Two bedrooms sit on the same floor: one with a super kingsize bed, the other with zip-and-link beds that split into singles if needed. A family bathroom serves both. The essentials—heating, hot water, bed linen, towels and superfast Wi-Fi—are included.
The layout opens onto an enclosed garden with decked seating and a lawned area to the front. There's off-road parking for one car, plus an electric vehicle charging point in the garage, which also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A cot and highchair are available. The position is elevated, which adds privacy and distance from the road.
Totland Bay itself is walking distance away, as is Colwell Bay; both have beachfront restaurants and are known for sunset views. Tennyson's Trail runs nearby for coastal walks. Tapnell Farm and Freshwater Bay with its water sports are also close by. A small supermarket is within easy reach. The property does not permit smoking.

Lovely properety, secluded and excellent range of amenities, Parking is at the rear of the property but access is along a very poorly maintained dirt road with lots of potholes and ruts which scratches the underside of the car. Parking is also on a very tight 1 in 4 slope. Its a shame considering how good everything else is.

This spacious bungalow is located a short 8 min transfer from the port and even better 5 min wander from the beautiful Totland bay! Enjoyed a winter break here to see the island and was not disappointed! … Even the rain and cold didn’t tarnish the experience! Perfect location for a group looking to experience the island and all it has to offer! Will be back in summer! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Excellent place to stay with family of friends. House is big anough and fully equipped. Everything is super clean and great condition. Even with small details like welcome pack that has local organic products. Master bedroom has very comfortable bed and if is very good size. Cosy back garden perfect for morning coffee as the sun is rasing that side. Front garden full of blooming flowers and has a bit of Seaview. Location of the house is great as well. All stunning places are within 10-20 minutes drive if you would like to explore the island. If you wish just to spend time on the beach there is one just 5-7minutes walk.

Large, spacious 2 bedroom bungalow. The property was clean and tidy on arrival. We were treated with some eggs, bread, milk and biscuits on arrival which was much needed due to arriving in the early evening. Great location. A few minutes walk from the beach, there are a few shops across the road from Greenridge, and 2 bus stops located outside the property too. Freshwater High Street is 5-10 minutes walk away to the main shopping area.
