Freshwater sits on the western tip of the Isle of Wight, within easy reach of Totland Bay and its neighbouring beaches. Sea Breezes is a semi-detached property sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the whole place to yourself. A ground-floor kingsize bedroom and separate toilet suit those who prefer not to manage stairs, while upstairs you'll find a zip-and-link super kingsize (which converts to twin beds) and a twin room alongside a family bathroom and shower room.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. There's a living room with smart TV, and essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and seating looks out over the property, and there's parking for two cars on site plus bike storage. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.
The location works well for families and coastal walkers. Totland Bay is a five-minute walk away, and Colwell Bay—one of the island's most distinctive beaches—is close by. Yarmouth harbour town is two miles off. No smoking is allowed in the property.

Great location and only a short walk to the beach! The room is detached at the back of the owners house and is really cosy yet modern. We had a really good sleep and the bed has plenty of space. There were really good touches to this with flowers in the room, homemade shortbread, and fudge waiting for us! Breakfast is served to the room on an extendable table, and it was excellent! Would highly recommend especially so close to the needles!

Very comfortable and extremely peaceful. Breakfast was amazing and Carol was an extremely good host. Felt totally spoiled and very relaxed.

Lovely location near Colwell Bay with a separate chalet accommodation ideal for privacy and social distancing. Wonderfully clean and delicious breakfast on offer (in abundant quantities) from very nice and helpful hosts who even offered lifts (masked up for current times) and advice on the area...And free wine for our anniversary:) Very lucky to be one of the first guests there and definitely plan to return.
