Hill Croft Cottage is a detached stone building standing on the southern edge of the Isle of Wight, in the village of Niton Undercliff. The house sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, less than a mile from the coast, with views across the English Channel. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms—a kingsize, a double, and two singles—with one bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The property is yours alone, and one dog stays free.
Inside, the ground floor holds a living room with woodburner and smart TV, a kitchen with full cooking facilities including dishwasher and washer-dryer, and a conservatory. A lawned garden surrounds the cottage, fenced and set with patio furniture and a barbecue; there's a bike store and private parking for one car. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial logs for the fire. The approach involves steps from the parking area and a cobbled path to the door, and the garden contains sloping banks and a mesh-covered well.
The location suits walkers, cyclists and families. Reeth Bay beach is within reach on foot at low tide, good for rock pooling in spring and summer. The Buddle Inn, a 16th-century pub known for real ales and home-cooked food, stands a short walk away. No smoking is permitted inside.
