Hill House Bakery

Hill House Bakery is a ground-floor apartment in Ventnor, on the Isle of Wight's south coast. You arrive directly into an open-plan living space with a 49-inch smart TV and dining area flowing into a full kitchen—oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and washing machine are all there. Two bedrooms sleep five: one has a king bed, the other a double and single plus a pull-out bed. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Everything is on one level, and the whole property is yours alone.

A private decked courtyard with garden furniture and gas barbecue overlooks the space, and you have your own parking. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. If you have young children, a travel cot and highchair are available. The flat does not permit smoking.

Ventnor is a Victorian seaside town sheltered by the Downs and known for its own mild microclimate. The esplanade, minutes away, has tea shops, pubs and restaurants serving local fish and ales, alongside independent shops and a paddling pool. The beach lies half a mile downhill. A steep descent connects the drive to the main road.
