Horseshoe Cottage is a renovated semi-detached property in Porchfield, a quiet village on the Isle of Wight's heritage coast. Built with traditional character, the cottage retains original charm while offering modern comfort. Ground-floor living centres on an open-plan space with a woodburner, Freeview TV and dining area, flowing into a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Stairs to the first floor are steep and narrow. Bedrooms comprise one double and one single; there is one shower room with cubicle shower.

The cottage sleeps 3 and comes with essentials including bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity. Logs for the woodburner are provided initially. An enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and furniture offers privacy, and one parking space sits on site. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. Smoking is not permitted, and the property is not suitable for children under 5 or guests with mobility restrictions.

The Sportsman's Rest pub lies a mile away; shops and a beach are 2 miles off. Coastal footpaths and the Isle of Wight Randonnée cycle route both pass the front door, connecting walkers and cyclists to surrounding countryside and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Newport's restaurants and cinema are nearby, while Cowes, Yarmouth and the beaches at Thorness and Compton Bay are all within reach.
