Little Croxley is a detached cottage built on a human scale, combining a compact footprint with everything a couple needs for a few nights away. The ground floor arranges a living space, kitchen and bedroom into an open plan, so you move easily between them; French doors from the dining area lead out to a shared courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Two single beds are in the bedroom, and a cubicle shower with heated towel rail serves the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—combi microwave, oven, grill, and full-size fridge-freezer—rather than the make-do setup of many small rentals. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A single parking space sits on the property. The location is rural, set among downland and walking country (Stenbury and Worsley trails are nearby), yet Wroxall village itself has a pub, shop and post office within a few hundred yards. Ventnor town and its beaches are about a mile away; the wider island—Donkey Sanctuary, Appuldurcombe House, Godshill, Blackgang Chine, Ventnor Botanic Garden—sits within a short drive. Note that an unfenced stream and pond lie in the garden, roughly 20 metres from the cottage. No smoking inside.
