Ventnor's Victorian seafront—with its esplanade of restaurants and pubs, the Botanical Gardens, and immediate access to sand and shingle beaches—is within walking distance of Little Grosvenor. The apartment itself occupies the lower ground floor of a Victorian villa, set back from the main bustle but close enough that the shops, pubs and restaurants are under ten minutes on foot. You can reach the beach in about half a mile.

The space sleeps four across two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have Freeview TV, and there are two bathrooms—one with a shower cubicle, one with a bath. The living and dining area opens to a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, and there's a utility room with a washing machine. An enclosed decked garden with furniture and a barbecue (available on request) faces onto the property. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is gas-fired. Parking for one car is on site. The property does not allow smoking. Under-fives get a cot and highchair.
