Sandown and Ryde are each within a few miles, both with established seaside attractions and long sandy beaches. The coastline itself is reachable on foot through the surrounding countryside, and the chalk downland offers plenty of walking routes. Shops and a pub are 400 yards away. Moles Leap is a self-contained annexe forming part of the owner's home, with its own entrance.
The property sleeps three: one double bedroom (4ft 6in), a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and there's a washing machine. A cot is available. You have use of the garden and a sitting-out area with garden furniture. There's on-site parking for one car, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are covered. One well-behaved pet stays free. The annexe is not suitable for smoking.
Access involves open spiral or narrow stairs, which guests should bear in mind when booking.
