Oak Barn

Oak Barn is a converted barn on Fernhill Farm, a quiet working location on the Isle of Wight near Wootton Creek. Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and dining space with a wood burner and French doors opening onto an enclosed rear garden, plus a kitchen fitted for cooking proper meals. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower; bedroom two contains zip-and-link single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. Essentials like heating, electricity, wi-fi and bed linen are provided, and there's parking for up to five cars on site.

The enclosed garden has a patio, furniture and a barbecue for eating outside. A cot and highchair are available if needed. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is a ten-minute drive from Ryde, where you'll find sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and family attractions. Wootton itself has local amenities nearby. No smoking throughout, and the barn is available to families and couples only.
