West Barns

West Barns consists of two connected barn conversions on Fernhill Farm, a working property surrounded by countryside. The setup gives you ten beds across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite or access to a bathroom, plus a sofa bed on the landing. One dog is welcome here. The space is yours alone – no other guests on the property – though there is shared garden and parking with other farm buildings.

Each barn has a separate kitchen with a full range of appliances for proper cooking, a sitting area with television and entertainment, and French or bi-folding doors opening onto patio space. One barn has a woodburner for winter evenings. Bedrooms include kingsize, doubles and zip-and-link singles; several have televisions. Essentials like heating, linen and towels are included, plus wifi. There's parking for four cars on site and an enclosed patio with a barbecue.

The location suits families or groups wanting genuine countryside – you're on a working farm with large lawned gardens, though the garden does contain steps. The Isle of Wight setting means coastal access without the feel of a seaside town. No smoking throughout.
