Pillango is a three-bedroom house on the Isle of Wight, within walking distance of Cowes town centre. There is parking for two cars on site, with additional space available on request, and a bike store. The location puts Cowes harbour, independent shops, pubs and restaurants within a short walk downhill. A 200-year-old park behind the avenue offers free use of tennis and basketball courts. The nearest beach is also walkable from the house.

Cowes and the wider Isle of Wight are known for water sports—sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking—and extensive coastal and countryside footpaths. The property does not permit smoking.
