Pondwell Viewpoint

Pondwell Viewpoint is a single-storey cottage in the quieter Pondwell area, within reach of two very different seaside towns. Seaview attracts sailors and those after a calm atmosphere with good restaurants; Ryde has the broader beach-town energy, with a long promenade, shops and cafés. The pub is less than a mile away. A private beach hut at Seaview Beach comes with the property—useful for storing things or simply sitting out to watch the water. Clifftop walks and Puckpool Park, which contains Victorian fortifications and tennis courts, are also close by.

The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a zip-and-link super-kingsize (which can be split into two singles) and two doubles. Everything is on the ground floor, including the bathroom, which has a bath with shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking—oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine are all there—and opens to a dining area. There is a living room with a smart TV and a snug for quieter moments. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, a patio area with heater and garden furniture faces the back garden. One dog or cat is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
