Yarmouth is a five-minute drive away, making this a convenient base for exploring the western Isle of Wight. Cowes lies twenty minutes further east. The area offers serious walking and cycling: the Tennyson Trail and Newtown Creek are nearby, while the full Round the Island Route passes through for those attempting the full 66 miles. A designated cycle route runs close by, and bridleways crisscross the landscape—some following old railway lines, others more demanding terrain.

Rossiter's Vineyard Barn is a single-storey terrace with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged around an open-plan living space with wooden floors and exposed beams. The main bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower; the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and there's a wood-burning stove for cooler months. A private hot tub sits on the decked patio beside the enclosed garden, where a gas barbecue is ready for use. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property sleeps six and accepts one pet.
