Upstairs, a second living room and three bedrooms (one double, one double, one with three single beds) give everyone space to spread out. Three bathrooms across the property mean no morning queues. The whole place is yours alone, sleeping up to seven guests.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking, and essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The enclosed rear garden has a trampoline, barbecue and lawn, though there are steps down to the garden itself. Parking for up to four cars sits to the front. If you bring a dog—one stays free—there's a ground floor shower room and hose to rinse off after walks. A travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available on request. Smoking is not permitted.

Ryde's seafront is a 5-minute walk; the town centre takes 15 minutes. The Solent is visible from the rear of the property, and you're close to Appley Park and its beach. The area suits families and groups wanting a self-contained base with real breathing room.
