Totland

Walk through the door at Totland and you find yourself in a ground-floor living room with a TV and dual sofa beds, opening straight onto a kitchen and dining space. Beyond that, patio doors lead to an enclosed garden with seating and a decked area—the main appeal here is the outlook over Wootton Creek, where you can watch boats and wildlife from the garden furniture. A shower room on this level serves the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an ensuite, the other with two singles and its own shower room.

The property sleeps four and comes with Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels included. There's parking for one car on site, and one pet stays free. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. All three bathrooms have cubicle showers and toilets. A cot and highchair are available if needed. The village of Wootton Bridge is where you are, on the Solent side of the Isle of Wight; this is a quieter spot than the southern beaches but gives you tidal views and access to local walks. No smoking is permitted inside.
