Westfield

Yarmouth's working harbour and castle keep the town feeling lived-in rather than picture-postcard perfect, and Westfield sits just far enough away—down a rough track through trees—to feel properly removed from it all. The detached cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: one double and two singles. There's a bathroom with bath and shower, plus a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine for longer stays.

Living space spans two floors. Downstairs holds a sitting room without television, a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher, and direct access to a back garden with furniture. Upstairs, a second living room has a Freeview TV, a woodburner, and patio doors onto a large balcony. Both living areas have wood-burning stoves. Ground source heat pump heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. You can park three cars on site. The grounds contain two small ponds and native red squirrels; a local buzzard visits regularly. One dog stays free. No smoking throughout.

Cranmore Farm is nearby, and a pub lies within walking distance. Yarmouth itself—with cafés, restaurants and the harbour castle—is a short drive away.
