Allerton House is a wonderful place to stay. The bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are very large, clean, and beautifully-appointed with lots of natural light. The bed was quite comfortable. The gardens surrounding are gorgeous and create a quiet setting. The host is kind & the breakfast excellent. I highly recommend.

Fantastic and highly recommend. Nina’s communication was excellent, including sending us recommendations of various local services. Her house/the b&b/grounds - stunning, with all facilities first rate and highest quality. Our welcome was warm and friendly and efficient. Great range of breakfast options. We really couldn’t have hoped for more.

Fantastic place. Very welcoming & a great room. Massive comfy bed. We had the option of using the bath or shower. The shower was fantastic! There was all the in room facilities you need, fridge, ironing board, iron etc. The Nespresso machine was a big bonus for me. Breakfast was awesome. Full on Scottish 👍. Service was very friendly & attentive. Top of my list for a return visit to Jedburgh. The tables & chairs in the garden were also a bonus so we could sit out with a glass or three of wine.

Allerton house stable was small ,but large enough for us. The advertised private garden was not fully enclosed, so our young puppy had to have his lead on to go outside the property. The facilities were clean and well maintained. It was a good base for exploring the area.
