What visitors say
I love it there, perfect little holiday home escape. Only a 15/20mins walk to leysedown where there are shops, arcades, restaurants and a lovely outdoor park. The site has a park, launderette, outdoor pool, small arcade and club house.. it's perfect for me and my kids to go when we need a break. The only downfall is the road leading to the site which has crazy pot holes (definitely couldn't go down in a lowered car/low profiles!) but it's fun for a bumpy 4x4 drive! And it's a sea view for most too which is perfect.

We had a static caravan here many years ago, and wanted to book a tent space for old times. Called them up, but they said they were busy and will call us back shortly. We are pretty local so we drove over there the same afternoon. We were greeted by another lady who took our details and said she will call us nack once 'it dies down' there were no other customers in sight. Needless to say they never called us back (we double checked the number) so we went elsewhere.

It's ok. Takes ages to get through the barrier. Can't have food or drink in the bar unless you have a pass! Ridiculous! No shops open. Wouldn't come back. Also road coming into park is horrendous!

The site is really nice but is at the end of a very rough road. It's in a nice quiet location with views over the sea.
