Had my little girl's 1st birthday today and can't fault Kids Complex! The mascot (Bluey) was amazing, food was so good as always, great value for money and the kids loved every minute. We come here loads anyway but will definitely be using here again for my girls' birthdays! Thank you to all the lovely girls who made her party great! Highly recommend xxx

Booked for my child’s birthday party and can’t recommend enough. This was our first time doing a soft play party so we weren’t too sure as to how things work but the staff we dealt with via the phone and in person on the day were so helpful and ensured that the process was as smooth and comfortable for us as possible! Everything was super relaxed and laid back and all the guests enjoyed! Food was delicious and there’s loads for the kids to do. Love the idea of having a dedicated party planner on the day, it makes it so much easier knowing who to go to for any questions or requests and everyone we had helping us on the day were brilliant!

Best soft play in glasgow honestly my kids could spend a full day in here , they bring all mascots out for the kids and even Spider-Man’s does a few laps round the softplay! Amazing! Staff are also 10/10 they go absolve and beyond for they kids

I recently visited a soft play centre with my kids (aged 8 and 10), and we had a really great experience. The play areas were well-maintained, clean, and still plenty of fun for older children, which isn’t always easy to find. What really made our visit stand out was the excellent customer service. A special mention to Natalia, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. She made sure everything was running smoothly and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Definitly be back!!!
