Coastal Cottages - Monty’s Cottage

Built from Norfolk's signature brick and flint, Monty's Cottage is a recently refurbished property in the village of Sedgeford, combining period character with modern conveniences. The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas—French doors open onto an enclosed back garden with patio and furniture. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a double. A shower room completes the layout. The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are all there. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One car can park on the property; further parking is available on the road. One dog is welcome at no extra charge, and smoking is not permitted inside.

The village pub lies within walking distance. Hunstanton's beaches and seafront attractions are a ten-minute drive away, while the Norfolk Coast Path runs close by—the starting point for exploring marshes, nature reserves and the wider Norfolk coastline. The enclosed garden makes a secure space for children and dogs to move about freely.
