Cricketers Cottage

Cricketers Cottage comes fully equipped for self-catering. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, making it straightforward to cook proper meals. Two bathrooms serve the property – one with bath and shower on the first floor, another with walk-in shower in the separate annexe – so mornings run smoothly with a group.

The main house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a double and single. Both are upstairs. Downstairs there is a sitting room with wood burner and Smart TV (Netflix included), separate dining room and kitchen. The annexe, a summer addition in the garden, has its own living space with sofa bed and shower room. This layout means five people can stay comfortably, with enough privacy for families or friends to spread out.

The property sits in Holme-next-the-Sea, a coastal village, down a quiet lane. A gated garden with seating area and furniture is good for outdoor time, and the location suits dog owners – one pet stays free, and there are walks nearby. Parking for two cars is on site. No smoking throughout.
