The Barn

The Norfolk coast and the Fens form a distinctive landscape around here—this is the kind of region where you'll find salt marshes, birdwatching sites, and a scattering of villages worth a slow drive through. The Barn sits in that setting, a converted agricultural building with its own private garden, parking for two cars, and enough character to make a stay feel genuinely removed from routine.

Inside, everything is on one floor. Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize, a double, and a third room with bunks suited to children. The bathroom has both bath and separate shower. The kitchen is set up for actual cooking—oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and the rest—while the living and dining space centres on an open fire, with a Smart TV if you want it. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, and logs for the fire come with the booking. There's a highchair if needed. The enclosed front garden has a sitting area and BBQ. Pets stay free.

This works well for families after a quiet break or groups wanting their own space over a long weekend. The property is no-smoking.
