Half Penny Cottage sits in Docking, a village in a conservation area, positioned between Brancaster's beach and Burnham Market. Built over 200 years ago from local flint and Holkham brick, the cottage retains period features—exposed oak beams and an open fire among them—while equipped for modern living.

The ground floor holds a living room with television, dining room, and a kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave; a sun room opens onto the garden through French doors. A shower room completes this level. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one with a king bed and ensuite, one double, and two rooms with single beds each. A family bathroom with bath and shower serves the upper floors. The enclosed garden has lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's a bike store.
