The whole property is yours, sleeping four across two bedrooms—a double and two singles—with one bathroom. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included, and logs for the woodburner are provided. The open-plan ground floor has a woodburner, smart TV, and a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. On-site parking is available, and there's a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture.

Dogs stay free and the cottage is genuinely set up for them: there are doggy extras provided, and it's a short walk to country lanes and footpaths suitable for walking. A map of local routes is supplied. The location works well for exploring the wider area—Hunstanton with its leisure centre, pier and shops is 6 miles away, Brancaster sailing village 4 miles, and Wells-next-the-Sea within easy reach. Burnham Market, Fakenham with its racecourse, and Norwich are all drivable. Nearby are a pub and restaurant three-quarters of a mile away, a chip shop within walking distance, a small Wednesday market, and a wood-fired pizza van most Mondays. Smoking is not permitted inside.
