Hall Farm
King's Lynn and West Norfolk
Hall Farm is a grade II listed farmhouse built around 1800, set in rural Norfolk with quiet lanes on the doorstep and countryside walks and cycle rides accessible from the property. The entire house is yours alone, with nine bedrooms spread across four floors and five bathrooms to serve a group of up to 18 people. It is built to accommodate extended families or friends gathering for a holiday, with interconnecting rooms on the first and third floors that can be locked off separately if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for catering to large numbers: three electric ovens, three hobs, two dishwashers, a microwave, two fridges and a freezer mean you can prepare meals at scale. Throughout the property there are four reception rooms including a reading room with a woodburner, a games room with table tennis and table football, and a further living room with a DVD player. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with initial fuel for the woodburners; gas central heating and electricity are included in the cost.
The real draw for most groups is what lies outside: a heated indoor swimming pool measuring 34ft by 15ft, a private hot tub, an indoor sauna, and a lawned garden with patio, barbecue and furniture. Parking for ten cars, bike storage, and a cot and highchair complete the setup. The property does not allow smoking. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
