Holly House

Holly House comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine; French doors open onto the garden. Downstairs there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate toilet, and a living room with woodburner and smart TV. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are all included, along with parking for two cars on site.

The four bedrooms sleep eight: two kingsize beds, two single beds in one room, and two single beds in another. There are two bathrooms—one with a bath and shower, the other a shower cubicle—both with heated towel rails. The property is a renovated 17th-century building retaining period features including a stone fireplace. It suits families or groups of friends wanting a base near Kings Lynn. Children can be accommodated; one pet is allowed. No smoking inside.
