The property comprises six bedrooms across three floors, accommodating up to 11 guests, with four bathrooms to match. One dog can stay free of charge. The main bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite, and a further bedroom includes its own shower room; the remaining bedrooms share the two additional bathrooms spread across the property.

Downstairs you'll find a living room with a woodburner, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals—there's an electric range, dishwasher, and all the standard appliances. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the woodburner fuel is provided too. Outside, a private enclosed garden has patio seating and a barbecue, plus a seven-person hot tub where you can unwind after exploring the area. Parking is available for six cars on the grounds.

The location puts you within reach of Sandringham (20 minutes' drive), the Norfolk coast at Heacham and Hunstanton, and the medieval streets of King's Lynn just a short journey away. Snettisham is known for its birdlife; Church Farm, 10 miles south, lets children meet animals and eat at the café. Shops, pubs and restaurants are three miles away. The property does not permit smoking.
