Perfect stop off for the Norfolk broads. Huge place plenty of secure parking. Great rooms and facilities although the room was very warm even with the fan on. Single beds were really comfy. Waterfall shower was great. The 2 young fellas on reception were brilliant. The food at the on Site pub was delicious. Breakfast was 1st class with plenty of choice and as much as you want.

Overall, the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was also clean, tidy, and well presented. We had originally booked a two-night stay at the end of July. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short and leave after the first night due to the unbearable heat in the room. I understand the hotel does not have air conditioning, but the combination of limited window opening, direct sunlight from early morning, and the exceptionally hot weather made the room, corridors, and other areas of the hotel extremely uncomfortable. My 14-year-old son and I were unable to sleep and, despite having paid for both nights, decided to leave early and forfeit the second night. The staff kindly offered us another room, which was appreciated, but also explained that all rooms were similarly affected by the heat due to the weather. A fan was provided, but it made more noise than it did to improve airflow or cool the room. While the service from the staff was faultless, the lack of adequate ventilation made our stay extremely uncomfortable and ultimately prevented us from enjoying the hotel.

Stayed at the Premier Inn in King’s Lynn and was immediately greeted by George on reception, who delivered customer service so smooth it could probably replace a Dyson vacuum in terms of efficiency. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and somehow made checking in feel like a motivational experience, as if he’d just downed a protein shake, put on his best Converse, and decided the world deserved elite hospitality that day. The room was spotless, the bed was ridiculously comfortable (genuinely like sleeping on a feather), and thanks to George the whole stay went from a normal hotel visit to a strangely heroic chapter of my travel history.

Only stayed one night at kings Lynn, very lovely staff very friendly and welcoming! Was given a free upgrade room, the room itself was very lovely and clean. Stayed for breakfast and the lady who served me was so kind and understanding about my allergy, given me the allergen folder to see what to see what I could have and order at the bar so I could have it fresh from the kitchen. 100% recommend
