North Norfolk's beaches, the Royal Estate at Sandringham and several nature reserves all sit within easy reach of Bramley Lodge Annex. The village of Clenchwarton has a pub serving food a mile away and shops three-quarters of a mile off. King's Lynn is a short drive, and the coast is close enough for a day trip without feeling rushed.
This single-bedroom annexe is on the ground floor and self-contained. The double bedroom, shower room, and an open-plan living and kitchen space mean two people have everything they need without climbing stairs. The kitchen has a full-size cooker and washing machine. You get parking for two cars on site, and there's a shared garden with a sitting area and barbecue. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are all provided.
The annexe adjoins the owners' home on a quiet lane. It's not a smoking property.
