Rivendell Lodge

Rivendell Lodge is a self-contained two-bedroom property on the edge of Kings Lynn, within reach of Norfolk's coastline and countryside. The ground floor holds a living and dining space with an 85-inch TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with king bed, making it accessible for those with mobility concerns. Upstairs, a games room with pool table, air hockey and PlayStation 5 opens onto a second bedroom that sleeps two adults or can be arranged with two single beds for children. One bathroom serves the property, with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

The mature garden is the real draw—it has its own hot tub for guests to use throughout their stay. On-site parking means no need to hunt for spaces. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided; the kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. The lodge suits families, friends sharing, or anyone wanting separate entertainment spaces under one roof. Kings Lynn itself has restaurants, shops and a market, while the Norfolk coast, walking trails including the Peddars Way and Coastal Path, and village exploration are all within easy reach. The property does not allow smoking.
