About Knights Hill Hotel & Spa

Knights Hill Hotel & Spa stands at South Wootton on one of the higher points around King's Lynn, giving several of its seventy-nine en-suite rooms views out over the surrounding Norfolk countryside. Room grades range from standard courtyard rooms up to garden master rooms and four-poster state rooms, and the hotel runs the Garden Brasserie restaurant and bar alongside a spa and leisure club with a swimming pool.

The grounds include a separate Knights Barn and walled garden used for weddings and events, and the hotel is a regular venue for conferences as well as leisure stays. Afternoon tea is served through the day in the lounge areas.

The location, just outside King's Lynn itself, is well placed for Sandringham and the north Norfolk coast as much as for the town centre, and suits visitors who would rather have parking and space than a walk-in town-centre address.

Beautiful room with a lovely terrace onto immaculately kept gardens. Spa service was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a large selection. Would highly recommend and will deffinately be back.

Very very happy with this hotel. Rooms a lovely size and breakfast was for champions! Will put on my list to stay again if nearby in future. Excellent location for the RHS Sandringham show. Highly recommended 👌

Me and my friend went to the spa for the fire and ice experience. Decent size pool, lovely steam rooms and sauna. The relaxation room was clean and quiet, perfect to chill with our hot chocolates (drinks not included in package). The only downside was the jacuzzi was not working properly, no bubbles, still nice and warm to relax in though.

We stayed here primarily for the location, being close to Sandringham, which was ideal and a real highlight of the trip. The surroundings are lovely, and the setting itself is very pleasant. The room, however, felt quite dated — more like stepping back into the early 2000s — and could definitely benefit from some updating. The overall feel of parts of the hotel, including the pool area (which we didn’t use), also seemed a little tired. The evening meal was enjoyable, although it did feel slightly like it may have been reheated rather than freshly prepared. There is a pub on site which was nice to have, but the food there is fairly basic. On a more positive note, the spa was a great experience — I had a massage and couldn’t fault it. The gym facilities were also good and well-equipped. Breakfast was definitely the standout of our stay — plenty of choice and everything was cooked really well. Overall, for the price paid, it met expectations, but with a few updates and improvements, it could be much better.
