The Sedgeford Hall (Main Hall and Theatre)
King's Lynn and West Norfolk
View on Google MapsThe Sedgeford Hall occupies a converted wing of a Queen Anne mansion within a 1200-acre private estate near Kings Lynn. Built in local brick and completed in 1713, the property retains period character while functioning as a substantial holiday home. Seven bedrooms across the main house and annexe accommodate up to 15 guests, each with an ensuite or shared bathroom. The ground floor unfolds across a living room with woodburner, separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for cooking at scale—electric and Aga cookers, dishwasher, breakfast area. A conservatory opens onto courtyard gardens to front and rear, where there is a BBQ and garden furniture.
Upstairs, the first and second floors contain four further bedrooms. The annexe adds three more bedrooms plus a second dining room and kitchen. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are included. One dog can stay free of charge. The property sits on the estate's private 1200-acre grounds where marked walks are available, and has access to a heated indoor swimming pool with allocated times each day so guests have guaranteed private sessions. Ample parking is available on site. The hall does not permit smoking. Children are welcome; two cots and two highchairs are provided.
