What visitors say
First off staff were friendly & very helpful. They kindly brought over my food order so I didn’t have to leave my daughter unattended in the high chair to collect. Food was reasonably priced - compared to another place I went to recently. Huge portion of fries & sides of peas & cheese to supplement what I had for my little one. The sandwich I had was adequate. Is a shame they don’t do jacket potatoes in the week. I have to say that the soft play area for younger children (crawlers & those just walking) is terribly lacking. The ball pit doesn’t have enough balls in it to even cover the floor - even after returning all the balls an older child threw out. The fixed pieces serve no purpose for that age group & the couple of unfixed pieces are too big to be anything but an obstacle or a bit pointless. Please invest in some more soft pieces for this area, that are appropriate for that age group Take a look at Active Tots, who almost have too many pieces for the floor space, but a good range. Once my child is older I am sure they will love the play village & other play frames, but for a 40 minute car journey to get there, it doesn’t have the best provision for pre walkers.

I came to visit the soft play from Reading. Online Booking is very easy. Couldn't find any soft play around Reading this good end clean. Very nice and clean. A lot of activities for the kids. Free parking on site. Very friendly staff. Children character play area and football play area as well. Food was good as well. Reasonable prices.

We had a great time at Snakes and Ladders and would definitely return. The whole place was really clean and well looked after, which makes such a difference when you’re taking little ones. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything felt well organised. The kids had a brilliant time and there was plenty to keep them entertained. Overall, a really positive experience and great for a family outing.

4 year old loves this place, but what child doesn't! Lots of parking and entry is quick and easy. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The areas are clean, and lots of space for the children to run around in. I think the new addition to the role place area is great!
