What visitors say
Glamping at High Lodge was fantastic. The field the tents are set up in has an incredible view and is the perfect setting for a relaxed, fun, rural camping treat. Nestled into a woodland corner there is masses of space for fun. The tents have been beautifully set up for your every need, and comfortably decorated (chopped logs even make bedside tables!) - quality mattresses, power (for a fridge, kettle and charging unit), shoe & boot tray, and space to your store things without tripping over them. Thanks so much to Katy and Team for a fabulous stay. You've gone to great effort and we have really enjoyed ourselves!

Attended the bail maze in May half-term. Really awesome set up. Stretch tents for shade with benches, clean toilets, food van, toastie set up and drinks van. Really cool little train pulled by the buggy which is only £3 per person. The maze itself has an under 5’s area which is good for the little ones. Has a shaded sandpit and tractor to sit on to. Really well put together and could easily spend a whole day here. The price was reasonable and easy to book. Wish it opened a little earlier for those that still nap but completely get the need for time to set it up for the day.

We went for the Little Explorers, it was fantastic. Easy to get to, great parking and a lovely little tea wagon on site. my little one is 18 months old and loved it. She happily played in the mud kitchen, took a wheel barrow for a spin, went to the birdwatching shed and then stood a few low tree stumps - what's not to love. Emily is amazing, on hand to help through out the session. Look forward to coming back for another session (as well as Halloween and Easter specials).

We had an amazing time at bale play today. Even though it was very hot the children (5, 6, 8 and 11 years) really loved playing in the maze and having a good run around. There was lovely shady areas to sit and the food and coffee was spot on! I take my children to all of the events at high lodge and we always have the most amazing time. The staff are always so friendly and lovely it makes for a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this as an excellent family day out.
