What visitors say
Went on Tuesday to see a film in screen 9. They were supposed to be premium seats with extra room and leg room, but, aside from the leg room they were still quite narrow seats, the arm rests with drinks hokder were very short, making it uncomfortable to rest my arms on. We went again today (Saturday) to see another film in screen 4. These recliners were lovely. They were leather and had an electric recline. Plys a nice sized table to out snacks etc on that swivels to the side, plus it has a cup holder in the table too. The seats were comfortable and had plenty of leg room. But, just based on today's showing I'll give it 4 stars for screen 4 in the Dudley Odeon.

Lux seats broken in screen 6 row B seat 4! Also seats and tables floors left dirty, cleaning items left all around, pallets in corners etc. Even if outdated must be maintained properly! Need a good cleaning and maintenance.

Extremely overpriced, minimum £14 per head, premium seats are an extra £5 and they’re exactly the same as all the other seats just further back. No one checked tickets so could’ve easily not bothered paying and walked right in. Screen was small and very basic. Hand dryers in the toilets were broken and hand towel dispensers were empty. Vue cinemas are far better and a fraction of the price. Experiences like this justify why cinemas are dying a death.

Smelt like gym changing room, why are there stains on the floor , screen are too small, last time I went here was 2006, now in 2025 I thought it’d be better and new, no seems like they’ve kept it the same, these kind of seats should be no more than 5 pound per ticket but low behold they charge 15 - 18 quid.. even 5 pounds are not worth it as the seats are not comfortable for your back and they’re foldable, even premier seats were rubbish. Sticking to odeon broadway Birmingham and West Bromwich
