What visitors say
Been here a couple times now, decent local cinema experience. Ordering tickets and entering with them is very easy, almost like train tickets. The snack bar is very pricey so I’d recommend bringing your own treats, the picknmix is the only worthwhile option for purchase. The cinema charges depending on where you sit in the cinema room, with seats closest to the screen being cheaper, but it’s not much of a deficit sitting close since you still watch the same film in all its glory. Decent cinema, easy self service.

I'd have to say the whole experience minus the self service was perfect. The slightly annoying part about the Castleford Vue is that it's all self serviced, but the prices are actually slightly more expensive for at least the hotdog as it is usually £7.50 for example in York, Hull etc. but the self service in Castleford is £8. The rest of the experience was absolutely fine and classic Vue quality.

Love going to the cinema however, my cinema trip was quite disappointing! the girl who served me charged me £7.99 for my box of sweets even though it said the price was £3.99. Really, really upset because of this. However, everything else is great tho! love how cozy the cinema is!

Had a fantastic experience at Vue Cinema Castleford! The cinema is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent picture and sound quality that really makes the films enjoyable. The reclining seats are a great touch and make the whole experience feel much more premium. Everything was well organised, and the self-service snack area was quick and easy to use.

Visitors say this cinema offers modern, clean screens with excellent picture and sound quality, especially on the "Epic" screen, and comfortable reclining seats. They also highlight the reasonable ticket prices and the helpful, friendly staff.
Some reviews mention the self-service can be confusing.
