We had a fantastic experience at here . The check-in process was quick, simple, and very well organised, making the start of our visit completely stress-free. Jasmine, was amazing with the children throughout the session. She interacted brilliantly with them, kept them engaged teaching them how to do tricks. Her enthusiasm and encouragement helped build their confidence and made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were great, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Gravity. We will definitely be coming back again!

We visited Clip ’n Climb on Saturday and had such a fantastic experience. I wanted to give a special mention to Rio and Mustafa, who were both absolutely brilliant. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling, making everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were attentive throughout the session, ensuring all of the children felt supported and confident whenever they needed help. Their enthusiasm and engaging attitude made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you both for your hard work and excellent customer service—it really made our visit memorable. Keep up the fantastic work!

I took my toddler for the first time yesterday. The parent and toddler session was good for my daughter to try trampolining in a quieter and safer small group. Jasmine M was informative, lovely and accommodating. Great customer service, thank you Jasmine! Whilst I agree with other reviewers that the venue itself is tired and run down, some upkeep and attention would make a big difference. I gave 4 stars due to the experience it offered my toddler, she loves to jump and the specific session was ideal and safe!
