Apartment 14 occupies the second floor of Hazelwood Hall, an early 19th-century mansion that has been sensitively restored and converted into luxury apartments. The building's substantial grounds—18½ acres of landscaped woodland and gardens—sit within the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The apartment itself blends period character with modern comfort: original architectural details have been retained throughout, while the interior design combines classic proportions with contemporary fittings.

The open-plan living space includes a dining area, kitchen with electric oven and hob, and a sitting room with a 43-inch smart television. Both bedrooms are ensuite: one has a kingsize bed with an ensuite bath and shower, the other two single beds with a cubicle shower.
