Elms Cottage

Elms Cottage comes ready to use: wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all the rest. There's also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate shower room downstairs alongside the main bathroom upstairs. A cot and highchair are available if needed.

The house sleeps four across three bedrooms: a double on the first floor, and two singles. Downstairs there's a living room with Freeview TV and a DVD player, a dining room, and a conservatory. The enclosed garden has patio furniture and space to sit outside. Private parking fits three cars, and one dog stays free. The whole property is yours alone.

Lytham Saint Annes is on the coast: the promenade is a short walk away, and Happy Mount Park—with crazy golf, trampolines, a paddling pool and miniature train—is close by. A shop and pub are about 100 yards from the door. No smoking inside the cottage.
